Subsequently staying in Sorrento and Naples, and having two fantastic hotel stays, this was a little scrap of a letdown. This time of the twelvemonth, we sympathize a lot of hotels are closed so we did not take too many options. The bath was the smallest I've e'er been in merely the concierge desk was very helpful. Breakfast was medium at best. The views from hotel were great but it'due south a squeamish walk to the embankment and not nearby. Very friendly staff.

Cons: The concierge was unfriendly. The concierge seemed upset since we did not use their driver for our travels in Positano. The bath toilet and sink were so shut you could non sit down straight on the toilet.The remote control for the Idiot box only controlled the cable box and non the Tv. The rooms were not cleaned very well each day. They never replenished our rooms with clean glasses or removed the used spectacles and the floor was not cleaned daily.
Pros: Location provided a convenient walk to the town center. Staff was very helpful! Rooms were make clean and spacious, but nothing special other than the view.

Pros: Positano and the Positea Hotel are hidden gems along the Italian Coast. What a lovely identify to spend a few romantic days & evenings taking in the sights, the people of the food of this lovely fishing hamlet upon the rocky coast of Italy.
Cons: Twin beds pushed together was a little bit of a turn-off, but they were comfortable and we made do.
